When they are all turned on only the shipping method that applies will appear as part of the checkout options. The user is given the option of Airmail or Surfacemail for International destinations.With small changes this module can work for any country where shipping is calculated according to a fixed rate per 100g of weight to destinations in various zones.The admin panel also allows you update the rates - these are calculated based on a multiple of the weight of the package.
